Step 7
Click on your selection tool, draw a box around the collar,

then, click on the collar. This will select it.

Check in Selections and make sure that Selections/Float is selected.
Add a New Layer, name it collar shading.
Go to Selections/Modify/Contract, set the pixels to 3.

Click on the Magic Wand.... Hold down shift and click the outside of your collar. This will select the outside as well.

Go to Selections/Invert
Go to Selections/Save to Alpha Channel. Click ok.
Name it collar decoration, click ok.
Selections/Select None.
Make sure that you are still on your collar layer. Go to Selections/Select All, Selections/Float. This will select your collar again. Now, go back to your layer palette, click back on your collar shading layer.
Click on your airbrush tool..
Now click on your tool options box. Use these settings: Shape- Round, Size- 31,
Hardness- 10, Opacity- 24, Step- 25, Density- 50.


Set your stroke (foreground) to a shade lighter than your color.
I used #BFC5D9.

Airbrush the collar.
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cutout. Apply these settings:
Vertical: -4, Horizontal: 4, Opacity: 38, Blur: 26.8.

Selections/Select None.
Ok, remember that selection that we saved to the Alpha Channel?
Click back on your collar shading
Go to Selections/Load From Alpha Channel.
Click ok

Set your foreground color to white. Flood fill your alpha selection.
Then go to Effects/Texture Effects/Sculpture. Under presets choose gold. Click ok.

Selections/Select None

Now would be a good time to save.
*SAVE*
Go ahead and save in .psp. Saving in psp format will save all of the layers.

Step 8
Now, let's clean up our layer palette a little.
Click on the layer palette and X out everything but, the head, eyes, cheeks, nose, and mouth. Click on the head, then, right click the layer, this will pop up a box, choose Merge/Merge Visible. Right click on the layer again and rename head.

Now go back to your layer palette, X out all but, the collar layers. Make sure that you are on one of the collar layers, and right click the layer. In the pop up box, choose Merge/Merge Visible. Right click on the layer again and rename collar.

One more time. Go back to your layer palette, X out all but, the dress layers. Right click on one of the dress layers, in the pop up box, choose Merge/Merge Visible. Right click on the layer and rename it dress.

Make sure that your palette reads, collar, dress, head, layer 1.

Now would be a good time to save.
*SAVE*
Go ahead and save in .psp. Saving in psp format will save all of the layers.

Step 9
Add a new layer. Layers/New Raster Layer, name it dress deco.
Click on the Preset Tool, go to your tool option. Choose elipse. Make sure that vector is unchecked.

Change your stroke (foreground) and fill (background), to the same color. I chose #725232. Draw a small circle. Go to Selections/Select All, then, Selections/float. Click on your Airbrush tool. Leave the settings the way they are.
Change your stroke (foreground) to a darker color. I used #725232.
Airbrush your circle. Change your stroke (foreground) to black draw an x across circle.
Now go to Effects/3D Effects.
Set your settings to:
Vertical: 1, Horizontal: 1, Opacity: 65, Blur: 18.8, Color: black.

Add a new layer. Layers/New Raster Layer, name it more deco.
Click on your Preset tool, go to the tool options, and change it to rectangle. Set your forground to null, and your background to a color of your choice. I used.. #A36C6B. Draw a rectangle.

Selections/Select All, Selections/Float.
Effects/3D Effects/Cutout. Keep the same settings.
Selections/Select None.
Now change your stroke (foreground), to black.
Draw little stitches all around your rectangle, to make a patch.

Now would be a good time to save.
*SAVE*
Go ahead and save in .psp. Saving in psp format will save all of the layers.

Step 10
Add a new layer. Layers/New Raster Layer, name it bow.
Set your stroke (foreground) to white. Make sure that your fill (background) is set to null.

Click on your Draw tool, then, click on the tool options, change it to freehand.
Draw a bow. Then, go to your magic wand. Click it on your bow.
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel. Set it to:
Width: 5, Smoothness: 3, Depth: 3, Ambience: 0, Shininess: 0, Color: White, Angle: 315, Intensity: 45, Elevation: 35.

Selections/Select None. You can move your head a little and position it a little under your collar.

*SAVE*
Go ahead and save in .psp. Saving in psp format will save all of the layers.
