Step 13
Add a new layer. Layers/New Raster Layer, name it tie. Go to Selections/Load from Disk. Select bowtie.sel
Set your stroke color to: ##000080, Flood fill selection.

Add a new layer, name it bowtieblur.
Go to Selections/Load from Disk. Select bowtieblur.sel
Set your stroke color to: #000000
Then flood fill your selection.

Add a new layer, name it buttons
Go to Selections/Load from Disk. Select buttons.sel
Set your stroke color to: #FFFFFF, Flood fill selection.
Go to 3D Effects/Drop Shadow, set it to these settings: Vertical and Horizontal- 1, Opacity- 77, Blur- 3.5, and shadow to black.
Select None

Go ahead and save in .psp. Saving in psp format will save all of the layers.
Step 14
Add a new layer, name it beard.
Go to Selections/Load from Disk. Select beard.sel
Set the Stroke to #FFFFFF. Flood fill the selection.
Select none
Go to Effects/Plugin Filters/Eye Candy 4000/Fur
Use these settings- Direction: 90, Density: 100, Curl Size: 10.63, Curliness: 44, Length: 12.00, Check Color Hairs Uniformly
Select none
Click on your layer pallette. Click on the mouth layer, then go to Layers/Arrange/Bring to Top
Repeat with the innermouth layer.
Add a new layer, name it moustache1.
Go to Selections/Load from Disk. Select moustache.sel
Change stroke to #FFFFFF, flood fill selection
Go to Effects/Plugin Filters/Fur, use the same settings as used for the beard.
Add a slight shadow. Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow, use these settings-
Vertical, and Horizontal set to 1, Opacity to 8, Blur 3.5 and color set to black.
Add a new layer, name it moustache2
Go to Selections/Load from Disk. Select moustache2.sel
Same setting at #FFFFFF, flood fill selection
Go to Effects/Plugin Filters/Fur, use the same settings.
Add your drop shadow.
Select None.
Go to your layer pallette, click on your nose layer. Then, go to: Layers Arrange/bring to Top
Now would be a good time to save.
*SAVE*
Go ahead and save in .psp. Saving in psp format will save all of the layers.
Step 15
Add a new layer, name it right brow.
Go to Selections/Load from Disk. Select rightbrow.sel
Flood fill selection with white, #FFFFFF.
Go to Effects/Plugin Filters/Fur, use the same settings.
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow. Add your drop shadow, using the same settings used last.
Select None
Add a new layer, name it left brow.
Go to Selections/Load from Disk. Select leftbrow.sel
Flood fill selection with white, #FFFFFF.
Go to Effects/Plugin Filters/Fur, use the same settings.
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow. Add your drop shadow, using the same settings used last.
Select None
Step 16
Add a new layer, name it hat top.
Go to Selections/Load from Disk. Select hattop.sel
Set the Stroke to #000080. Flood fill the selection.
Go to Selections/Float, then, go to: Effects/3D Effects/Cutout. Use these settings;
Shadow= #C0C0C0, Vertical and Horizontal set to 4, Opacity set at 75, and Blur set to 20.
Select none
Now would be a good time to save.
