Step 5

If you don't have the round preset, then set your settings at:
Bevel: Rounded outside, Width: 14, Smoothness: 15, Depth: 12, Ambience: 0, Shininess: 50, Color: White, Angle: 315, Intensity: 50, Elevation: 30
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow, use these settings:
Vertical: 1, Horizontal: 1, Opacity: 52, Blur: 4.9, Color: Black
Go to your layer palette. Select your eye layer. Then go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow, leave the settings the same except, for the opacity. Change the opacity to 11.
This will slightly highlight the white of the eye.

Go back to your layer palette, X out everything, except, the inner eye and eye layer. Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible. Go back to the layer palette, nename merged to eyes. Un X all the layers but layer 1.
Click on your eyes layer. Go to Edit/Copy
Edit/Paste as New Selection. Position your eye on the face where you want it. Once you select none, you won't be able to move the eyes individually, unless, you chose Paste as a new layer.
Now go to Selections/Select None.

Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
If you want to add a background, X out layer 1 when you merge the other layers. Otherwise, it's still not too late, even if you merge all the layers, as long as you didn't Merge/Flatten, you can add another layer and move it below the graphic for your background.

You are DONE....
