Step 5
Go to Selections/Select All/Float, then go to Effects/3D Effects/Cutout, and use these settings:
Vertical and Horizontal= 3, Opacity= 77, Blur= 25, Shadow Color= #2D557B

Go to Layers/Arrange/Send to Bottom

Click on preset shapes , then click on tool options
Check antialias, and create as vector.
Leave your fill the same, with the dress texture, and your stroke (foreground) still at null.
(Don't worry about the line width.)

Draw a rectangle, then turn the graphic. To do this place your mouse on the second middle node. You should then see two arrowns going in opposite directions. Click and turn your head to an angle.
Shape your arm

Click on Layers/Convert to Raster. *SAVE*

Step 6
Go to Selections/Select All/Float, then Effects/3D Effects/Cutout.
Use the same settings as the last time.
Select None
Go to Layers/Arrange/Send to Bottom.
*NOTE* if the arm isn't quite at the angle tht you want it, you can go to Image/Rotate, set it to either right or left, whichever direction you want to turn the arm towards, and type in from 5 to 10 pixels. *SAVE*
Here's what we have so far.

Leave your fill (background) to your dress pattern.
Click on preset tools again, Use the same settings as the last time.
Draw a rectangle. Turn your rectangle to the same angle as the apron.

Shape your dress bottom the same way that you shaped the apron. Click on your object selector, then, click on your graphic, select Node Edit. You can add nodes by pushing ctrl and clicking where you want your nodes. Then, you can click on the node and select Node Type.

Cusp and Symmetric work very well.
Add your nodes and shape until your are happy with the results.

Now go to Layers/Arrange/Send to Bottom, then Layers/Convert to Raster.
Now go to Selections/Select All/Float, then, go to Effects/3D Effects/Cutout. Use the same settings that you used before.

Step 7
Change your fill (background) to black. Click on your Preset shapes, then the tool options box. Set your shape to elipse.

Draw an elipse, click on your Object Selector and turn your shoe outward.
Go to Layers/Convert to Raster.
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel, set it to these settings:
The second bevel on top, Width= 7, Smoothness= 60, Depth=7, Ambience= 0, Shininess= 50, Angle= 273, Intensity= 47, Elevation= 37.

Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as New Layer. Image/Mirror. Move your shoes into place. If you don't like your angle on the shoes, you can go to: Image/Rotate and slightly turn your shoe. If you have lost some of the sharpness, then, go to: Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen.

Step 8
Go to your Layer Palette, then, click on the bottom dress layer.
Change your fill (background) to #ECBE9D.

Click on your Preset shapes, then the tool options box. Set your shape to elipse.

Draw an elipse.

Select your Object Selector, turn your hand slightly, then, click on the graphic. Add a node at the bottom of your hand, in the middle.

Shape your hand.
When you are satisfied with your shape
Layer/Convert to Raster.
