Step 10
The Eyes:
Add a New Layer.. Layers/New Raster Layer. Name it eyes.
You can either use your own eyes, or go here, to learn how to make the eyes...

After you have made the eyes, resize them to the size that you want to use- to do this, go to: Image/Resize and then experiment until you find the size that you want. You can go to Edit/Undo if you don't like the size. I've already made a face, so, you can use mine or make your own.
If you use mine, then, find the face.psp graphic, open up the face graphic, go to Edit/Copy, then, Edit/Paste as New Layer. Use your mover tool to move the face where you want it to be.

*SAVE*
Go ahead and save in .psp if you want to tube it. Or, you can add your background. But, first, go to your layer palette, X off layer 1. Then, go to Layers/Merge, Merge/Visible. Uncheck layer 1, flood fill with your background, then, go to Layers/Merge/Merge All. Save as a gif or jpg.
