Step 11
Add a new layer. Layers/New Raster Layer, name it wheels.
Go to Selections/Load From Disk. Select wheel1.sel
Change your foreground color to: black, Flood fill your wheel.
Then, go to Selections/Modify/Contract, set it for 2 pixels.
Change your foreground to #FDF4CD and flood fill your wheel.

Go to Selections/float.
Then Effects/3D Effects/Cutout.
Set your settings to: Vertical- 1, Horizontal- 1, Opacity- 100, Blur- 24, and the shadow color to: EDA285.

Selections/Select None

*SAVE*
Go ahead and save in .psp. Saving in psp format will save all of the layers.

Step 12
Add a new layer. Layers/New Raster Layer, name it inner wheel.
Go to Selections/Load From Disk. Select innerwheel.sel
Change your foreground color to: black, Flood fill your inner wheel.
Then, go to Selections/Modify/Contract, set it for 2 pixels.
Change your foreground to #C7B7D2 and flood fill your inner wheel.

Selections/Select None, there's no need to add a cutout on such a small area.

*SAVE*
Go ahead and save in .psp. Saving in psp format will save all of the layers.

Step 13
Go ahead and save in .psp. Saving in psp format will save all of the layers.

Go to you Layers pallette. X out everything but, wheels and inner wheels. Then right click on inner wheel, choose Merge/Merge visible. Then right click on the Merged, choose Rename and name the layer wheels.

Go to Edit/Copy, then Edit/Paste as New Layer. Use your Mover tool to move your wheel onto the wagon.

Isn't this fun?, and we are almost finished..

Step 14
Add a new layer. Layers/New Raster Layer, name it rope.
Go to Selections/Load From Disk. Select rope.sel
Change your foreground color to: black, Flood fill your rope.
Go to your Layers pallette and move your rope layer below the body layer.
Selections/Select None.

*SAVE*

Go ahead and save in .psp. Saving in psp format will save all of the layers.

Step 15
Add a new layer. Layers/New Raster Layer, name it rope ball.
Go to Selections/Load From Disk. Select ropeball.sel
Change your foreground color to: black, Flood fill your ball.
Then, go to Selections/Modify/Contract, set it for 2 pixels.
Change your foreground to #F58D95 and flood fill your ball.

Go to Selections/float.
Then Effects/3D Effects/Cutout.
Set your settings to: Vertical- 1, Horizontal- 1, Opacity- 100, Blur- 24, and the shadow color to: #B2461C.

Selections/Select None

If you want to add a background. Go to your layers pallette, and X out your layer 1. Then, go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible. Un X layer 1 and then, flood fill it with your background.

*SAVE*

If you want to save this as a tube, make sure that you save it with the psp extension. Otherwise save as a .gif or a .jpg

*ALL DONE*
